1 shot, crashed in elementary school parking lot after trying to run over deputies

ATLANTA, Ga. – Authorities shot a person in White County after he allegedly tried working over deputies in a Penske shifting truck Saturday morning.

In accordance with the White County Sheriff’s Workplace, the motive force, later recognized as Alan Paul Heinze, was driving on Hwy. 115 East. Deputies tried to cease Heinze after they noticed the rear of the field truck was open and “numerous home goods have been falling out of the truck.”

They are saying Heinze refused to cease and sped off. The sheriff’s workplace stated at one level throughout the pursuit, Heinze tried working over a deputy and that’s when deputies shot him and have been capable of cease the truck within the car parking zone of Jack P. Nix Elementary Faculty.

The sheriff’s workplace stated Heinz was arrested and transported to a hospital. Henze is going through a number of expenses together with aggravated assault on a police officer.
