VIDEO: Cobb County sergeant saves deer with head stuck in fence

ATLANTA, Ga. – A Cobb County sergeant helped a fawn get out of a difficult state of affairs final week.

On Sept. 28, Sgt. Scurr was headed again dwelling when he heard an animal crying on Outdated Friendship Church Highway. As soon as he discovered the younger deer with its head caught in a fence, he freed the poor animal with bolt cutters, possible saving its life.

“Although the deer didn’t pause to say thanks, we’re positive it’s appreciative,” the county’s police division stated on social media. “Thanks, Sgt. Scurr. Job effectively achieved.”
